$1 million stolen from man in Asuncion airport

I read in the news about a chinese man that was in the Asuncion airport waiting for a flight to Montevideo, Uruguay that was robbed of his briefcase.
There were a few significant points about this robbery. First, it occurred at the gate. Second, the brief case contained US$1, 000, 000! Third, the authorities couldn't figure out how the armed robbers got past security!

Isn't that an alarming event? That must have become a big issue when it comes to security matters in Paraguay.
I wonder whats the development on that accident now.
