Well, if he is a public figure or a website/blog owner I think you'll eventually see his name on search engines such as Google or Yahoo, but if not then don't even waste your time searching from search engine after the next. Try to contact the consulate of Paraguay and ask for a person with that name, or if you are desperate enough then acquire the services of a private investigator.

Definetly look on Google or ask jeeves. They should help you out. Just type the name into the search engine and search. There should be lots of information on there for you.

I think you should at least completed his name so that it is easier to find that person rather than just J. Augusto. Is he a Jason, John, Jerard? There is so many Js. How old is he and would you think that he goes online or have even have an online account on social networking websites? The greatest of luck in your quest of locating Mr. Augusto of Paraguay online.
